I have noticed that one of the most typical reasons I overeat or snack  mindlessly is when I am tired. I realized that I was going to be super tired today as well as tried to prevent unnecessary snacking as much as possible. I did end up eating more than my body was hungry for, however didn’t get as well crazy. I will take that for now ?

I was truly dragging this morning as well as couldn’t stand it anymore so I went to the store as well as chosen this up. It worked as well as provided me a great burst of energy. It might be all in my head, however it made me feel much better either way.

I came house for lunch since I failed to remember my wallet at home. I had soup, cheese bread as well as a pear.

And since I was house as well as it was easy, I had dessert – Dark chocolate dreams PB on piece of bread heated in the micro up until soft as well as melty.

My afternoon snacks were this new Greek yogurt I just recently discovered. It was great as well as had fruit on the bottom ?

On the method house Ben as well as I stopped at Costco since we were out of milk, fruit as well as a few other things. since I was so tired as well as understood I wasn’t going to want to even warm up anything in the micro it was simple to persuade me to just eat at Costco. I had lots of unhealthy choices to select from – hot dogs, churros, ice cream, pizza as well as poultry salad. I went with pizza. Their slices are significant – more than 2 typical slices anywhere else! See it’s bigger than the paper plate. Ben really got the salad (and a hotdog) as well as believed we were going to switch half method through. Wrong. I have decided I like pizza as well as am taking it off the “forbidden food” list. So I ate everything as well as don’t feel guilty. Yep, I like pizza ?

Normally I am the dessert pusher, however today Ben ordered this fruit sundae as well as of program I ate half of it! We have truly changed locations today!

Now I am trying to catch up on my emails as well as then I am going to bed. I am so tired, it’s not even funny.
